Not at all.
All classes at Rise & Tone are designed for every level. You are invited to come exactly as you are and move in a way that supports your body.
Joseph Pilates believed his method should adapt to the individual, not the other way around. Because every body is unique, our instructors offer thoughtful variations and personalized guidance so you can discover the movements that feel right for you.
Here, the focus is never on comparison. It's about learning your body, moving with intention, and growing stronger at your own pace.
-
Our heated classes use infrared heating, which warms the body directly rather than simply heating the air around you.
Many clients enjoy infrared heat because it creates a comfortable, even warmth that can help muscles feel more prepared for movement while encouraging circulation and flexibility throughout class.
The room is designed to feel warm—not overwhelming—so you can focus on moving with control and intention.
-
Heated classes can help create an environment where muscles feel warm and ready to move.
Many clients find that the heat helps them:
Feel more mobile during class
Build a healthy sweat
Improve circulation
Feel relaxed after their workout
Enhance their overall movement experience
Whether you choose heated or non-heated classes, every class is designed around quality movement and proper technique.
